I am going to be getting a '69 Kadett Rally automatic in the very near future. It is pretty rotted underneath and at least one of the fender sections you are talking about is shot, but it appears to be a low mileage car that has been off the road since '78. Under the hood it looks like virtually everything is there and untouched. Many parts still have the factory marks and paint finishes. The car is bronze with a white(?) and black interior.
