I use High-Logic Font Creator Professional v5.0 to hack up the font and Corel Paint Shop Pro X (formerly JASC) to hack up the images. Spent about an hour on the font and much less than that on the final image. I can export .eps or .ai if you want it.
Ideally this needs to be designed in a vector based program using something like AI that you proclaim to be proficient at. I would like to hear more about your experience with vinyl decals - any pictures of finished products?
