The 68 is the first year of 68, 69 &70, the front fenders are welded to the unibody. They can be exchanged but require grinding the welds and rewelding the new fenders. If it is a 68 it could also be a 1.1, 1.5 liter or a 1.9 liter, if it is a 1.5, it is so slow it is leisurely, but the head is a wanted item to bolt onto a low-compression engine to raise the compression ratio. I would look very closely at the vinyl top as there is likely a lot of rust under it. A car worth restoring if you are into Kadetts, but not for a novice.
