The problem with that, Otto, is that it relies on pin 12 of the L-Jet ECU for the compensator signal (the other two wires are just power and ground). The LE Jetronic with IAC that's in the 2.2 has a completely different ECU pinout, so there's no way to guess what what pin would be used.

I've got an LE Jetronic system with IAC on my Monza (same as the 2.2 system really) and I'm using an add-on oxygen sensor box from a company called Neutronics Enterprises in San Diego. It modifies the airflow meter signal based on the input from the oxygen sensor.

Unfortunately Neutronics doesn't make the boxes anymore (I asked about 6 months ago) but you might find one if you keep a watch on eBay.

There are some fairly simple mods you could do to the airflow meter or temperature sensor to make the car run leaner, but most states consider that "tampering"...
