It has an 1.1 SR engine with the dual carbs. The motor starts and runs but I need an upper radiator hose before I can drive it.
Also, I was just working on the car today and am having trouble getting the headlights to work. Is there a relay? Is there a place I can get a wiring diagram?

The best place to find an accurate wiring diagram is in one of the "1966-67 Opel Kadett "B" Factory Service Manuals", light blue cover, which appear on e-Bay every so often. This would give you info on everything else too, and all in one place.
