Actually the fog lights are incorrect, they are an aftermarket style. It appears the fenders are rotted away from the rust holes. I fear lots of rust on this car. The paperwork is interesting though. If it were a 69 I think I would go after it.

You guys all bring up some interesting points however. 1500 Rallyes were a one-year-wonder in the US, 1968 only. The seller even goes to the trouble of listing the car as a '1500 Cadet', even though they posted a pic of the rear emblem that said '1900 Kadett'. Yeesh.
I say run away, the car is not only misrepresented, it is not in very good condition at all.
