Pistons are available to work with these rods.
Oilpans can easily be built from scratch, mine is deep and has right side kickout and vertical scraper and a screen and external pickup and an access plate under the pickup. It's pretty trick, but really simple.
Unfortunately you used the word "cheap" and that just isn't going to work. Sorry. But we'll do the best we can to help you within the budget!
