With the stock 4-spd, it's just a simple matter of lifting up the shift boot, unhooking the return spring, then pop the "C" clip holding the pivot shaft for the shifter, and pulling out the pivot shaft and flipping the shifter 180 degrees, and reassemble. Total time to do this, about 10-15 minutes.
