They are both wired up and getting power when the key is in the run position, however it does not want to turn over. I noticed that everytime I turn the key the "F7" fuse(8a) blows out. IF the car has a newer style transmission with an internal switch for the backup light and it is leaking it will blow the fuse if the tranny is in/or when shifted into reverse. The style trans that originally came in your car is mounted on the left/dr. side of the trans and is external.
