i just got a 69 kadettL wagon. the orig owner died so it goes to the daughter but she died also. they the next in line for the vehicle is this guy, he sold it to this other guy but never transfered the title to him. i found it in this guys lots on all flat tires. i bought it for $300 and now i don't know how to get the title in my name. i contacted the last guy the vehicle should have been entitled to but he can't find the title neither. any ideas?
