Negative Camber

That position gives the most negative camber - moves the top of the spindle inwards - which generally gives the better cornering as it lets the inner front tyre 'stand-up' square to the road surface under cornering forces.

However, if the tyres are very wide - 195 to 235's - you must check that they tyre contact does properly sit on the road surface and not heavy on one side or handling will be comprimised. A lot depends upon tyre size - correct for some but may not be for others!
