I just place an order with Reprotec. I wasn't able to navigate the website to pay so I sent an email to
info@reprotec.org with my order information which I copy and pasted from their website. Here was their response:
Thanks for your inquiry. We are sorry that the website is not in English yet.
We have completed your transaction. Normally we don’t ship to USA because the shipping is quite expensive. But your goods are light, so we can use a small parcel which is reasonable (10 Euro shipping).
You should already have received a copy of the invoice with the total of 35,90 Euro. And before the receipt, we send a link to you. If you follow that link, you can make the PayPal payment via “afterbuy” – our shop system.
If there are any questions left – don’t hesitate to ask.

What I ended up doing was sending payment direct to
info@reprotec.org using Paypal along with my order information in the notes section. I'll let everyone know how this works out.
