Just curious, but did you torque all the rear suspension bolts 'to spec', or did you simply crank everything down tight? Torque specs are critical to the suspension movement, which is exaggerated more by the use of polyurethane. Even with substantial teflon grease, over-tightened polyurethane bushings will squeak like crazy. Just a possibility!
