Yes, Gene, I believe that is the case. And under other interesting information regarding that RHD Buick 215 CID Aluminum Block V8 Targa GT (almost too much to type in one sentence!) it was also nearly burnt to the ground about six years ago. The link to the post fire pics:

The photos below are of what it looked like before the fire, and now. I think there was about 12k (as in British Pounds, about a billion $CAD) spent on the repairs. Imagine what the initial conversion cost!!
