Unanswered: Rotor Question
I installed a new rotor (BOSCH 04 033) and I fits nice and snug on the spindle. When I start the car the engine runs 'okay' but the distibutor cap has a noticable vibration. When I removed the cap you could see the red dust residure from the rotor. I then installed my original rotor and everything works fine. Both rotors look the same but the BOSCH one does seem to have a thicker base. Any ideas on what the problem is? Thanks, Ray |

The Bosch has clips to hold the distributor cap, while by the Delco Remy the distributor cap is held down by 2 screws
