No Turn Signals Or Flashers

The electrical problems continue.....the turn signals and emergency flashers were working but now they are not. Is there anyway to test if the problem is the relay or somehting else???

It could be the flasher contacts are pitted and you're not getting power through it. BTW, the single flasher is used for both turn signals and the hazard lites. The flasher is located behind the instrument panel behind the lower switch panel on the driver's side.
