Unanswered: Dash lights and driver's side parking light not working

Hi All
I have an opel Movano my old work horse, year 2000 and I have a problem with electrics now my dash lights is not working and drivers side parking lights not working also my trailer parking lights not working and warning sound when you leave the lights on and the door open not working now the only thing that I have done wiring wise is rewired the hook up for the trailer could this cause my problem cause I have tried the fuse and bulbs and there working fine if anyone can help that would be great. many thanks

Sorry for the quote.
This is a medium size van correct? with the steering wheel on the right hand side.
You could start off with hooking up a scan tool and look at the module status and pulling any codes.
Or disassemble the mods you made and hope for the best.
Check all connections once again possible bad ground messing up the body control computer.

You hit the nail on the head if thats the last thing you did before it didn't work then you did something thats not right put it back the way it was and try again.
