Spare Tire Clip Bracket

I am missing a part and I will try to discribe which part it is. The spare tire is held down by some thick wire thing on a hinge and a threaded candycane looking bolt comes off of this and clips into a bracket in the body. I need the bracket or maybe something that will work as a replacement. I also need the bolt size that hold the bracket to the body.
