Unanswered: Door seal question

I've got some water leaking in to my 1970 GT and I'm wondering where and how. The cowl's not rusted and the window seals seem OK but I'm wondering about the door seals.
Should they be really soft all the way around? Mine have one (relatively) hard spot on both the upper and lower seal on the passenger side.
What about the bottom corners where the two pieces join. Do they have to be super aligned and sealed with anything?
Thanks

Cool

I had the same problem a few years ago. Water was leaking in at the top of the drivers door weatherstripping and finding it's way down the strip into the edge of my dash straight to the fuse panel below it. Finally had my son spray a garden hose along the outside edge of the whole door as I sat inside with the door closed. Found my leak. Weatherstripping can be had new thru OGTS. Good luck! Ron
