Two of them are the water drain tubes as stated, one is for the gas tank outlet and one is for the vent tube that runs to the charcoal canister in front of the radiator. This is assuming you are referring to a GT

Just a tip: even if you don't have the charcoal canister anymore, make sure you vent the gas tank out the underside of the car to avoid a vacuum building up inside the tank. See this picture. Normally, that open ended rubber hose you see would run to the front of the car to the canister. Since I don't have the canister, it just stops there. Also, if you need a reference, I have several photos in my album of the vent lines being set up.
