Rear deck

OK. So I bought this 73 GT with little to no interior. I have been looking at pictures ( No close ups ) and I cant figure out how the rear dash is supposed to look. It does not have the speaker in it, but i think something is supposed to cover the lid under the window, then flow down and fasten to the vertical piece below to cover the tire. Is this right? And if so, could someone please tell me which pieces to buy from opelgtsource. Unfortunately they do not have any pictures, and when you are working from a blank canvas it makes it a little hard!!

OGTS does have the panel that goes under the rear window. Just give
Dennis or Gil a call and they can fix you up.

What you want is their part #1019 or #1020. One has the speaker hole cut out, the other does not. Look on the right side of this site's home page about half-way down and you'll see their phone numbers, also a link to their web site. HTH.

Harold, et.al., I checked OGTS new supplement for the rear deck cover, and it wasn't listed, but is listed in their on-line catalog at their website, which is where I got the part numbers.

I didn't recall one being in the supplement but I figured if he was going to order from OGTS I'd try to help him save money. Nothing like ordering the one thing you need and then seeing all of the stuff you want and you could have saved so much on shipping by ordering it all at one time.

Yeah, ain't it the truth. I called Dennis, then Gil for some horn parts and the turn signal plate and it ended up costing me close to $300 because I saw the new one-piece seat belts, that I had wanted for a while. They keep on adding these new things and I just can't help myself.

Any one heard of this place? Seams to be about half the cost as OGTS. But sometimes you get what you pay for! Any thoughts?
