Removing Window Regulator

i heard you have to get a tool thats something like this...
Window Winder Clip Removal/Installation Tool Sealey RT/WWX


although i havent got one yet i havent found the clip im supposed to be removing... any pointers?
I did a couple searches and only found threads on installing it

The clip is tucked up under the base of the crank handle. Although some do get the tool you have linked to, there are some of us who have had great success with a cheap, but, small, thin, flat blade, pocket screw driver, but, bend it slightly. That way it can reach back under the handle and pop the clip out.
