Unanswered: Sealed headlight conversion?

Has anybody heard of a solid headlight conversion to replace the rotating headlights? Something that would look similar to the headlights on new opels or lotus'?

Paul;
There is no "kit". Most have winged it and come up with their own idea. Either by welding the buckets in the up position or, some idea of their own. A few years back, I heard of a kit (supposedly) for the rotating headlights, that would make one's headlights mimic those of Manny Wong's (gtzero on this site)

OU sells a "European PIAA Headlamp Kit" which bolts to the original rotating assembly.

There is a Datsun wannabe on Classic Car Trader. http://adcache.collectorcartraderonl...7/89349067.htm

It's hard to find the Opel GT in there from this angle. Not sure why someone would want to do this, but hey, to each his own.

the rotating headlights are one of the things everybody seems to love about the GT! although I was looking at "gtzero's" lights...those are sleek!

I don't know if this will help any but it might give you an idea:

Advanced Automotive Concepts provides exclusive JDM Parts and Oracle Halo Kits for Lexus and Infiniti Vehicles

click on "products" and "flush mount kit" it's one i'm considering for my wife's miata. Now Miata lights do obstruct your vision while driving, they stick out quite a bit. so those I'd like to modify
