Custom Car Grills are selling mesh that is almost identical to Opel GT radiator grill: Welcome to customcargrills.com They are also selling the grill trim: Welcome to customcargrills.com You should make the grill of cardboard and once you are happy how it fits, use it as a template to cut the mesh. Easy job, it should not take more than couple of hours. Note, GT is a low car, so I recommend to lift front end, otherwise you will be laying on the floor in front of the car most of the time. |

I don't know what you mean by trampoline material.
I used a type of wire mesh that I think is usually used as backing material for stucco or drywall . It can be found in the building material dept. of Home Depot and costs less than $10 for a sheet that's somewhere around 2 ft X 8 ft. Wire snips cut it easily. Grill mesh.jpg |
