engine is a 20 over 1.9 -9-1 compression,sprint with 2 in exhaust,weber 32/36,petronix ignitor, heavily ported intake with jbweld diverter per your design

There are specific cam profiles for solid lifters and others for hydraulics. Now you could use a hydraulic profile with solid lifters, the opening and closing ramps are gentler for hydraulic lifters so they certainly won't hard the solid lifters. You
could (and should) run a solid lifter-specific profile however if you want better performance. However, hydraulic lifters should not be used on solid profile cams, the faster opening and closing rates of the lobe will probably collapse the hydraulic lifters!
The nice part is there are a lot more choices for solid lifter cams.
The bad part is there are a lot more choices for solid lifter cams......
Now there are a lot more to choose from, making it all the more complicated.
