Unanswered: Addco front sway bar

Hi,

I got my Addco front sway bar today and it seems like everything is there, but the installation guide/drawing looks like it has been made by a 3 year old kid
It's not even a GT front suspension on the "drawing"...

It should be a straight forward job,but if there is anyoneout there with a photo showing the sway bar when fitted it would be much appreciated.

After reading some old threads in the front sway bar matter,I was confused for a second..
The car should be on all 4 wheels (no jack up etc) when the swaybar is fitted.
Right? That make sense to me anyway.

Thanks again!

(ps*my car was painted 5 hours ago and I am looking forward to start "the easy job" with fitting all new parts)

Check out OpelSpyder's thread on the '72 GT restoration thread. I believe he included pictures of an Addco installation in the last few posts.

Harold is right - follow this link. Make sure you check out the next page as the install posts span two pages...

Addco front sway bar clearance

I was planning on installing OGTS intermediate front spring which will lower the front about 3/4 to 1 inch. Reading the posts indicates the Addco doesn't like having a lowered end. Has anyone tried the OGTS intermediate spring and the Addco front sway bars? Any problems, suggestions or for see any proplems? It's not lowering it much but how much is too much.

Thanks for your input.
