Front wheel bearings

I just notice some uneven wear on the inside of the front passenger side tire. Last winter I had Moe,Curly and Larry's Service shop put new inner and outer front bearings on the GT. It appeared to me that the lock nut on the passenger side wasn't seated as far in as the drivers side. Could this cause the wear pattern on the inside of the tire? No shakes or shimmys and the wear is very even but just on the inside 2 inches of tire?

sounds like the traking is out and you have toe out
