Unanswered: Poly Bushings question and Torque Specs

I am finally getting around to putting my front suspension on my 1972 GT back together. I took it apart so I could install a set of polyurethane bushings (which I got from OGTS) and new fornt spring. The original rubber bushings had bonded with the control arms, so the suspension really didn't like to move and it squeaked everytime it did.

Anyway, does anyone know the torque specs for the upper control arm pivot bolt (my book calls it the upper control arm shaft) and the bolts on the side of the lower control arm that hold in the bushings?

I am hoping that once I get these things all torqued down correctly, everything will fit together more tightly. Right now I just have the nuts on the upper pivot bolt on finger tight, but the control arm can slide back and forth along the bolt because there is so much extra room (I took digital pictures of it before I took it all apart, so I know it is put together exactly like it was before). Also, on the lower control arms, even though I have the bolts until it feels like they have bottomed out, the bushing on one side doesn't look like it is all the way in. Has anyone else had experience like this when installing poly bushings?
