Unanswered: So, whatīs the best steering wheel puller?

Iīm looking to replace my steering wheel down the road, and I am searching for a good steering wheel puller.

Some searching on the site came up with a few threads, but most are old so I donīt know what is available today...

Ideas?

If you're in a hurry, you can make your own. There are a few designs on this website, just use the search feature, or check the German Ebay, as the GM unit for pulling the steering wheel pops up on there.

They come up on eBay all the time. I have found this style to work best. The two "arms" are thick and strong and do not twist after repeated use, as some other pullers do.

Aha, so the GM version works as well.

Thanks!

Iīm not in an extreme rush, but I WILL be the day I need to pop the wheel off, so I better get one beforehand!

Availability?

I am looking for one of those pullers here in the states and those good sturdy ones are sold in the UK.
