Unanswered: Steering Wheel Horn Assembly Help

Can someone describe how the horn assembly is installed on the steering wheel? (GT)

The PO installed the horn button incorrectly so there is no "push" action on the horn. It is in the permanantly ON contact.
Basically when you turn on the ignition you get the standard EMO horn sound. The big button you push for the horn felt like it was securely bolted in place.
I removed the horn button and there was a piece of plastic with 3 screws through it on top of the contact. Is the plastic piece supposed to be under the contact plate?

I looked in 2 service manuals and they really don't show much.

Thanks

Thanks.
The assembly picture isn't really a good enough example to tell how it goes together but with the parts shown, I remember how it goes together now. I'm missing 3 springs and the special bolts that go with them.

I guess all I needed was a refresher.

If you have trouble finding them in the States: it happens that I have all of them in spare. They are yours if you want. Only want a compensation for the shipping costs.

Thanks. I will let you know if I need them.
The springs aren't a big deal as I have hundreds of springs of all sizes and shapes but the bolts might be a different story.

Today I am going to the wrecking yard for other things but it won't hurt to see if any bolts are there.

Thanks again.
