Unanswered: changing out the key or what?

I have 4 steering columns, but unfortunately the one that fits in my GT got the center shaft banged on by the PO and is not salvageable. I suppose the easiest way to go is to change the ignition key to one of the other columns. Are there specs or any advice on how to proceed with this?
Any help is, as always, appreciated.

ignition switch

Try this thread:http://www.opelgt.com/forums/showthr...ht=jim+branham. I tried the search but couldn't find what I was looking for so I looked it up by looking for it by my user name because I knew we had a thread on this a while back. HTH
