That is well known.But I think the reasons some go the addco rout is supposedy easier installation & half the cost.As well everyone's quite pleased with the ride difference regardless of the thickness of the bar.I could see the thicker sway bars being usefull if your car has been lowered or the horse power signifacantly increased.6 of 1 eh
