what brand a-sway

I bought this bar on e-bay.The guy said it was new and never put it on but he lost all the hardware and he wasn't sure what brand.If it was new it has been kicked around for many years.I painted it with por 15 to make it look half decent.But I need to order the hardware.It doesn't look like OGTS I think Addco but I can not find a good enough pic to tell.Thanks Tim
