tim i just did a search for addco and found a thread about them with a photo from gtjim and it has angle iron brackets in the shrink rap card so it maybe you have the wrong ones
do a search and look at it to see

my addco rear bar came with angle iron for the brackets too, i dont see how a flat piece would work as it should, i'd call them and get the right stuff.

I could never get the rear Addco bar to work on my GT. They gave me the angled brackets but the bend in the bar seemed to be in the wrong place. It's been sitting in my garage for two years. The front fit perfectly.

Good Luck.

I was wondering the same thing, Adam! My guess is that the rear would provide the most benefit.

Bosco, you should check the number off it to make sure they sent you the right bar!

If so, I am sure you could sell it to someone here.
