Cheap steel rims

It's become very apparent to me I'm in the need of two different sets of rims and tires.
One for everyday driving and then another for pure fun.
My main combo is 205-60-13 on a 6 inch Alum. five slot rim.
There are slightly hitting the inner wheel well.
Now the fun rims maybe a 14 inch or more with shaved tires.
My interest is to make the girl AS wide(offset) as possible for handling (street car)
Ya'lls input and thoughts are needed to keep myself from reinventing the wheel.
