Unanswered: Mazda Miata Rims

Anyone have any experience with putting Mazda Miata MX-5 rims on a GT? I know the pattern's the same but are the clearances similiar in terms of backspacing ect.?

Not sure on the exact year of your Miata.. but it looks like the offset of the rims range from 40-43mm. A stock Opel GT rim only has a 20mm offset. You would be alright using anywhere from a 15-25mm offset, but an offset.. such as 40mm.. would not fit and will rub.

Here is a link to a recent thread about the current rims that will work on the GT with no rubbing or spacer required.
