Using the search feature and just searching for 5 lug I came up with this, I am sure there is more to find.

I assume that you already have 5 lug rims that you would like to utilize. Re-drilling front hubs is not small modification and should be done only by a very good machine shop as it directly affects car safety.

Another possibility would be to use 4 to 5 lugs adapters. They are available on eBay. You will need those with 4x100 pattern on the hub side. 5 lugs pattern will depend of rim pattern. Here is example on eBay:
eBay Motors: 4-LUG to 5-LUG ADAPTER KIT 4x100mm/108mm TO: 5x114.3mm (item 370085574787 end time Jan-08-09 18:22:12 PST)
Pay attention that those adapters are 1.75" thick which will push the wheels outside. You should check how will that affect overall wheel offset.

I remachined my front hubs and rear axles to accept a 5x114 Ford pattern. There are several ways of doing this, and I went the budget route at the time, but have advanced my design on doing it, just have not done it. I found I would buy new wheels at 150 each, and by the time you figure your labor and materials and time in machining the parts, custom wheels just make more sense. I did the pattern where it didn't affect the offset, so you still have to find a lesser offset wheel such as a +12 mm for 8 inch and so on. I had 15x7 with a -0- offset on the syder when I sold it. This made the wheels come right to the fender lip and it looked good. The front tires would rub the inner fender foot well though on a sharp turn. Dallas ordered the same offset wheels, just in 17 inch. The spacer idea works, and then you really open up your wheel choices too.
