Factory fuel lines for a 75 F/I Opel come through the passenger's side wheel well and down along the frame rail. The passenger side jack pad had special holes drilled with rubber grommets where the fuel lines passed through. Other than that...the 75's also had a different fuel pickup in the tank and of course the electric pump. I think there are a number of folks on this site who have already converted a normally aspirated engine to F/I. I think there may already be some 'how-to' articles on this topic. Gary would know best.
