Entire Rear axle swap, need speedo drive gear

I finally got the orphan on the road, and it seems that the speedo is reading about 20% high. I know the 1.1 cars came with 4.11 final drives, so I'm assuming that a swap was done at some point in the car's life. Are there drive gears for the speedo available, so I can fix the speed discrepancy?
    Thanks all.

If you pull the speedo gear out you can identify the tooth count by color. Blue, red, yellow and brown were the most common colors.

BTW, how's the rallycar doing? Haven't been to any rallys in the past few years, but I used to crew for Chris Havas, and used to work with Ken Burt @ the rallycross sites around Middleburg.

    Speedometer error

Tooth count alone will not correct 20% error, each tooth only corrects about 2-3% (more teeth) you need the number off the face of the speedometer (under needle center about 1 inch) once you get the right speedometer head for your car then you can play with tooth count.
