Can anyone tell me

I am searching for the proper way to remove the axle shafts, on an Isuzu Impulse, rear end. I don't see any clips, but there is a hole that may be used to wedge or dislodge the axles from the carrier. I just don't want to go tapping around in the wrong places. There is very little information online, about the Impulse rear end. So, if anyone has done the tear down, please let me know what is required.
Thanks,
Wes

Hey Wes, If the axel has no clips and you undo the backing plate blots that hold the outter wheel bearing in place put the wheel and tire back on the hub and use is like a slide hammer. The added weight of the wheel and tire will keep you from bending something you dont want to bend by using a pry bar. This slide hammer effect will pop the axel off.

If that does not work call Rondey Ron

Ron, are you talking about the Isuzu rear end, or the Opel?
