rear end ID?

just wanted to post to see if anyone can help me id the rear ends,,,,i know what gears are in my 70gt,,,but how does one id the others?,,,,

Try the site's search feature. Use words like rear end, gear ratio, etc. It will quickly pull any posts that have those words in them from the 5,000 messages here.

All years of US GT's with the 1.9 engine came with 3.44 gears.
There are no external identifying marks however.
