The two mounts or dampers measure 1 3/8" (35 mm) high X 1 1/2" (40 mm) wide. These measurements include the metal that sandwich the rubber. Then there is a short stud that is 8 mm on one side and the other side has a mounting nut and female insert that measures 7 mm. So, total is 50 mm X 40 mm.

The measurements are for the dampers which are indicated by the left and right arrows in your photo. The measurements where taken from a used part which was detached.
