Torque tube shim

When I was reassembling the center support for the torque tube I realised that I didn't know where the 2 round shims that fell down when I took it apart went. Do they go between the tunnel and the center support, or on the bolt as a washer, or do they both go on one side, All I know is the bolt on the passenger side bottoms out obviousily with either combonatiom of one shim.

Between the central joint housing and the body, under the housing. Well, OVER the housing, if the body is roof side up

Jordan, I just checked out Willit? and neither of my torque tube bolts bottomed out when I torqued them, but I do have the thick shim washers between the tube mounting bracket and the body, plus a large diameter washer under each bolt head too. HTH.
