Now that's interesting Bob. Makes me wonder what do the O2 sensors in the exhaust measure and give input to the computers, like on my V-6. I was under the impression, maybe erroneously, that they measured air/fuel ratio and adjusted the injector timing/duration and ignition timing to maintain 14.7:1 mixture under almost all conditions of throttle settings. I guess I'm gonna have to go back to the books again.
