Right?
It tilts left, depending on where you are looking from.
More clearly, it tilts so that the passenger side is lower then the driver's side. This is done with motor mount top brackets (which are side-specific), and the trans mount bracket. |

Motor mount brackets
No, the tilt is built into the engine cradle itself on a GT. There should be two spacers from the factory between the inner frame and the engine cradle. The one tower of the cradle is taller than the other one, to create the tilt. Yes the top engine brackets are different, but not in height, but in length. The way to tell them apart is the drivers side has a small "dot" right next to the engine mount bolt hole. There is a thread with pictures on this as well-may be in a restoration thread.

Yep - GTs Tilt (At windmills ??)
The carb side of the motor is lowered to fit the air cleaner bend under the hood - Opel still had to put that nifty 'bump' there for clearance though ...
It is about 14 degrees away from 'plumb' (or maybe 7 degrees?)

It is wayyy less than 14 degrees. I don't know the exact value, I estimate around 3-4 degrees, definitely not more than 5 degrees.

Maybe just to make it easier on everyone, use the standard used in the aircraft/military industry. Everything is based on sitting in the pilot's seat when referring to left/right/port/starboard.

Well .....
For a start the driver's side is the wrong side instead of the right (hand) side!
