Question Unanswered: Mystery (not Opel?) head

The cylinder head in the pic is being sold along with a bunch of Opel parts...does anyone recognise it?

I think that belongs to a Ford Sierra ( 1.6 or 2.0 engine X-flow) or Ford Pinto (english version) . Spark plugs are near exhausts .

Definitely a Ford 2.X. My dad also acquired one(2.3L) in a pile of Opel parts. I have no idea why these things always show up in a pile of Opel stuff.

Only way to get rid of it is to toss it in with good stuff and it's an all or none deal.
