Unanswered: 2.2L crankshaft identification

How can I tell if a crankshaft is a 2.2 liter one?
Does it have 2.2 stamped on it somewhere?
Are there any special oil grooves, wider bearing areas, etc. to identify it?

The only crankshaft I have handy to look at is from a '68 kadette and it has a cast "CS" and a stamped letter "A"

Easy way: try to screw a 1.9 crank pully bolt in the snout of the crank (don't force it) if it screws in then it is not a 2.2 crank as they take a different size and pitch bolt.
