Pressurized Triangular Bottle

I have a NOS bottle that is triangular in shape and has 3 connection points.
Two are for approx. 3/4" hoses and one is for a smaller hose (like 3/8") or so.
Can anyone tell me the proper hook-up points for this bottle. I think the top large connection goes to the top of the radiator, but I am not sure.

It almost sounds like the one in my 3.0 Senator. If it is for a pressurized system, you should make sure you have a way to bleed air out of the system. Most have an allen screw bleeder on the top of the thermostat housing.

I don't have a picture, but I can take one. It is the same bottle that is part of the OGTS heavy duty cooling system.
