Several Solutions
1) Find a used set
2) Build one for yourself 3) Get someone to build one for you 4) Use the standard exhaust manifold - they are pretty good.

Mark,
Bought a Pacesetter 4-into-1 GT header many years ago and originally meant for my 2.4 GT project . . . still not finished. Port matched it and had it Jet-Hot coated and then was not satisfied with the final fit to the head . . . the spacer tabs were welded in the wrong place for good contact with the center four shared mounting bolt washers, the most common problem with US Opel CIH headers. So I used a much modified, stock '75 cast iron Sprint manifold instead and the header became garage wall art. A couple of years later, I was bored and decided to fix the header's mounting problem. I ground off the existing header spacer tabs and machined washers of the proper thickness for replacement. I cut these washers in half and welded them in place using an old head as template. That brings us to today . . . header's been decorating my garage wall since and I am so pleased with my Sprint manifold modifications that I'm not going to change it. The gist of it is this, I'd be willing to sell it but it's not going to be cheap. I want to recover a good part of my considerable costs into this header. I can confidently say that this header is completely ready to bolt up. Anyone interested should contact me privately by e-mail or PM.

So Otto, are the mods limited to removing the webbing from in between the runners to save some weight? Are there other advantages?
