Unanswered: Hey, It's got a header!

I tore down the motor today. Seems th PO installed this header. Does anyone recognize it? Will it flow decently for my 2.4 conversion or should I find a stock manifold? (Since a Sprint seems to be a Holy Grail)

That's the identical header that I am putting on my 2.2 custom engine. It's a not so common aftermarket part made for the Opel engines.

Are you buying or building the 2.4L? It should flow fine I would definitely put in a healthy cam though so you justify installing it.

Building it....and waiting for more posts on your project to see how it turns out. I'm putting in a different cam for sure.
